I think this is the right place to fire this in - I'm running a blog on music industry issues and how they actually relate to underground bands. The idea is to provide bands with a breakdown of currently reported trends and factors, so that they mean something real to non-mainstream artists.

It is still in its early days, but there are a small number of articles already posted, including a couple of interviews delving into the relative experiences of those who have been and done.
