I've been reading Terrorizer longer than ZT and generally its a good magazine. It does go through a dry season though for about 3-4 issues as they begin to run out of truly great things to talk about over 12 issues. I think the bimonthly nature of ZT works extremely well for it because the content is always so rich and varied. Terrorizer are much better in my oppinion at making sampler CD's though, and yes I am aware that most featured bands pay to be on samplers.
I propose you join forces and start a magazine called Zero Terrorizer (though I would personally name it One Way Boat To Sto-Vo-Kor ) 8 issues a year, about half-as-small yet half-as-tall as each corresponding mag, and a rating system based on percentage systems (1/3, 1/2, etc). If you Tricombo with Plan B i'd never have to but another magazine again
