I've just had another enquiry about the exact same thing by email and here's my reply:
I am not certain about this and have emailed our distributor for some info. It might be that as it's the first issue a gremlin's crept into the system somehow. Bear with me and I'll have news for you asap.

Issue 17 should be on the shelves at your local B&N now. It came out on June 15th in the US. I picked up my copy in Cary, NC. Great issue!!!!
