It's also the most honest market research you'll get too.
a. which magazines do you read regularly?
Edge, GamesTM, Hotdog.
b. which do you read from time to time?
Official Xbox Magazine, Kerrrrap!, Terrorizer, Cube.
c. which do you buy out of force of habit?
Kerrrrrrap! (if there's anything decent in it by a band I love), Edge.

Hah maybe, still think we should get something for our troubles though, maybe a paper crown like they used to give away at kids partys in burger king?
Nice to see a fellow salopian on the board, maybe one day there'll be a decent 'metal' pub thereabouts eh?

a. Terrorizer, Metal Hammer, Kerrang
b. Rock Sound,
c. Kerrang - it's out regularly and it's something to read on my lunch break... and the gig listings are quite useful

I buy Terrorizer & Metal Hammer each month, First Down every week & I occasionally buy PC Zone or Edge, if I'm travelling to a gig & need something to read.
I used to buy Kerrang for about 3 years longer than I should have, but I don't think they've seen a penny from me for about 18 months.
