DFH2 - I think it comes with it's own sample player - I could be wrong.
You insert it as a soft synth in whatever sequencer you're using (Cubase/Sonar etc) and then point your MIDI drum track at it.
DFH 1 gets more 'instant' results as the samples come pre-processed, but DFH2 is more errr... flexible.
