sphongle is definatly boring, and Infected mushroom are a bit of a joke now, have been for years. Come to think of it, only their 2 first albums were anything worth a listen before they just turned into a parody, and their shows were always a bit of a gamble. I quite enjoy Dark Soho though. Not so much good shit left in the psy trance scene these days, way too 'full on'. Sensient is ok I guess, to an extent.
