I was considering it but trains and hotels are just a pain to organise these days, or I got lazier. Though capsule already emailed me to say the Paragon hotel is booked up which is a shitter as it in an ideal location!

Its been a decent year so far. Not as good as 2009 or 2008, at least until now..
Favorite albums:
High On Fire - Snakes For The Divine Overkill - Iron Bound (Great return to form) Ihsahn - After The Howling Wind - Into The Cryosphere Watain - Lawless Darkness Nokturnal Mortum - The Voice of Steel (technically a December 2009 release, but it will be making it to mt year's end-list) Alcest - Ecallies De Lune
I still need to get a shitload of stuff including Grand Magus, Nightbringer, Nevermore, Triptykon, Iron Maiden, among other things..

Came out the end of 2009, but the Shrinebuilder album has been consistently played throughout my 2010 so far, despite the fact it sounds like someone has told Al Cisneros to just hash out some Om at various points in the album. But fuck it, I like Om. Taint - All Bees to the sea really blew me away (though mostly padded with live tracks) Cathedral - The guessing game took some time to grow, but highly enjoyable Yakuza - Of seismic consequence was awesome Samsara Blues Experiment - Long Distance Trip and greatly anticipating the new Cephalic Carnage release at the end of the month It's been a fairly slow year music wise for me though, sort of fallen out of the 'loop' as far as new releases go and tend to hear about them months later, if anyone's got any suggestions from the past year or so to listen to I'd appreciate it.

Have liked tons of stuff this year but can only think of a few. I did love After, Demonoir 1349 and I thought Svartthron's 'Kraoujo Estetika' was awesome though I've yet to meet anyone who agrees with me about that...

As if the lineup wasn't already impossibly good, they add Cloaks, Lash Frenzy VS. KK Null to the roster. And Master Musicians Of Bukkake are back!

The latest Tyrant's Blood is absolutley killer, and the latest Wold's really good to. I'm having a right old brain ache on remebering what was out this year. I could've sworn Fillipino Antichrist surfaced this year, but metal archive shas it listed as last yeaar. That albums phenominal though. The downside of long term no money is losing touch with everything going on. I'm hoping to get hold of the new Styggelse soon enough, their previous album was amazing. Plus the new Anal Blasphemy seems an interesting proposition. But having not heard the last to yet that's hopes not guarantees.
