Some of things they say, are SO realistic that people don't actually say them in real life! It was ge-ni-us! Ge-ni-us! ~ Charlie Brooker: Sir Alan Sugar appeared on our screens again in series 89 of The Apprentice ~ Charlie Brooker: Also in March the BBC continued with its sucessful series of suicidally depressing dramas based on well-loved media figures with The Curse Of Steptoe, which made the privelage of working on sitcom Steptoe & Son look like a harrowing endless cycle of bitterness and misery and rage and sorrow and anguish and hatred bile and nihilistic staring... ~ (my favorite scene) Charlie Brooker: The new version was stunning mix of familiar challenges and exciting new gladiators such as... [a showcase of the Gladiators posing and gurning plays, whilst Charlie's voice becomes deep and booming]FARMHAND! [*boom!*] RECEPTIONIST! [*boom!*] GEOFFRY! [*boom!*] MILF! [*boom!*] BASTARD! [*boom!*] CAMELTOE! [*boom!*] ~ Charlie Brooker: You know a lot of people say theres nothing to be learnt from Big Brother's grand social experiment anymore but that isn't true is it. I mean this year it tuaght me to genuinely hate a blind man. ~ Charlie Brooker: Auguest saw the start of the Beijing olympics. The games themselves opened with a spectacular opening ceromony which thanks to draconian legal issues we cant show you. But neither could Sky news, at least not on the night, and they had to make do with propping Jeremy Thompson somewhere sort of near the Birds Nest and making him warble on about how amazing it all wasn't. Jeremy Thompson: Out here we can give you an impression of the lights, that... erare lighting up the night sky... ~ Barry Shitpeas: I reckon my fa-vo-rite program of the year right, probably that ITV thing, with all those celebrities on a plane. CelebAir or something it was called. Well you act-ua-lly got to see Chico on a plane and seeing how he coped serving peanuts, and handling luggage and stuff. It was fucking ge-ni-us! It was like the actual Chico! Every time the plane took off I was praying, on my knees literally praying! Like, no God!, don't you dare kill that Airpane! ~ Barry Shitpeas: Ah Kerry Katona on This Morning eh, that was hil-ar-ious! Just cus she was in a girl friend yeah and was in those Iceland ads, I reckon that gives me the right to put any human decency aside, yeah, and just laugh at any bad thing that happens to her! Watching her slur her words and being all confused, I pissed myself... Cus theres nothing funnier, right, than somebody suffering or going for some sort of harrowing breakdown. Cracks me right up! ~ Charlie Brooker: On the night of the X Factor finals eventual winner Alexandra sang disbelievingly alongside Beyonce, managing to look like a woman having a breakdown and imagining she was singing with Beyonce... Of course it all ended happily when she pulled herself together enough to perform a stirring cover of Leonard Cohen's 'Hallejujah', which has now been ruined forever as a song destined to be played at thick peoples funerals. ~ Charlie Brooker: So that was 2008 and next year will be called 2009 by all accounts. All that remains for me to say is [suddenly negative tone of voice] 'merry christmas', 'happy new year'... yeah, go away...

Love this show, one of the best things on tv
best of last series was the mission documentry
Can we get 20 men to have a mass celebratory piss, on a hill?
or maybe the one about kids tv programs

I don't see why there is such a hype about this program? Its a man acting stupid telling us things we already know in a moderately amusing manner. Even then, most of his jokes are puerile and he follows Richard Curtis' lead in the belief that swearing, in and of itself, is funny, which it isn't. For swearing used to comic effect, just look at any quiz show thingy with David Mitchell on it...
Anyway, that's my two cents...
