Recently finished Richard Dawkins' new book, "The God Delusion". Honestly, I didn't need to; I've been on the same page as Dawkins regarding religion for years. It is, however, uplifting to read something you already know you're going to agree with occasionally.

Just finished another of the "Jack Reacher" books by Lee Child. Good old cheesy detective novels. The review quites on the back cover are good for a laugh too:
"JACK REACHER - MEN WANT TO BE HIM. WOMEN WANT TO BE WITH HIM."
"I can already see Russell Crowe lining up for the movie role"
Currently splitting my time between re-reading Stephen Ambroses' "Band Of Brothers", and David Baddiels WW2 novel about German Jews that took refuge in Britain, "The Secret Purposes". I picked up the Baddiel book out of boredom, expecting the pompous twat to have laced it full of his usual misplaced sarcasm, but he's actually a good writer who seems to have done his research.
"Labyrinth" by Kate Mosse (not Moss), read the first ten chapters, then gave it away. Another writer in the mould of Anne Rice who spends too much time on fancy yawn-inducing narrative flights. She'll take three pages to say "It was dark", whereas I just took three words.

I'm reading Clive Barker's Imajica. I love his writing style.
That Dawkins book sounds interesting, i've never actually read any of his work, but he's often been referenced in the stuff that I have read.
